Our evapotranspiration stations continuously monitor air temperature, solar radiation, rainfall, relative humidity, wind speed and direction. 


The ET station can also provide information for other purposes, and data such as integrated pest management, disease forecast, growth days, and frost forecast are easily available. Weather stations can also report general weather data such as: average wind speed and direction, maximum gusts (useful for fungicides, pesticides, and fertilizer applications), maximum and minimum temperatures, and total solar radiation.

We offer pre-configured and custom ET stations. Our pre-configured workstations come with a standard set of pre-wired sensors, quick and easy installation and simplified programming. While these monitoring stations are pre-configured, they are flexible enough to accommodate additional sensors or other ETo computing algorithms. For example, soil moisture sensors can be added to provide additional water management information, or soil temperature sensors can be used to estimate the presence of pests.

Custom workstation configurations typically used for research have a wider selection of components, providing greater flexibility. These workstations can be configured to measure almost any number or type of sensors and can use many different types of communication options.
